CBD Benefits List

CBD is known for many things! The CBD benefits list is expanding by the day as researchers are putting out their findings and more people come out to air their experiences with CBD. So far, we have only been hearing good things about CBD. The reason? Thanks to the excellent side effects profile, which even the World Health Organisation (WHO) applauds CBD or cannabidiol for.

Suppliers and scientist are always on their toes to find a more potent strain of hemp, from which we can obtain CBD that does a lot more.  And we seem to be on the right track on that regard. But we are not here to discuss the new and happening in CBD science, but more so on how you can improve on CBD by yourself! We will be looking at ways in which we can further accentuate the anti-inflammatory effects of the miracle drug. Read on…

CBD And Inflammation

The anti-inflammatory effects of CBD are by far one the core abilities of the prized drug. The way in which CBD is able to negate the effects of swelling in a safe yet effective manner is truly applaudable. CBD is a heaven sent especially for those who are suffering from autoimmune diseases, which results in the sudden reddening and inflammation of the skin and underlying tissue and muscle, without any apparent reason. CBD does the following by interacting with the Endocannabinoid system or ECS, which is a key functioning system of the human body.

Can You Further Enhance The Anti-Inflammatory Effects Of CBD?

There are a range of CBD products and you can mix and match with other ingredients to further enhance the properties of CBD. You have the option of using CBD topicals for a more targeted effect, or CBD tea for a mellower yet whole rounded effect.

One such method is to include turmeric, ginger and honey the next time you make your CBD tea. The resulting concoction will help provide relief not just from inflammation but from other maladies such as muscle cramps and even hangovers.

Turmeric and ginger, on their own are very potent natural anti-inflammatories. Curcumin found in turmeric, is used as an antiseptic and helps detoxify the body as well. Simply including these, will help boost the effects of CBD.

You may also use black pepper, which contains a compound called piperine. This enhances the bioavailability of curcumin in turmeric, by as much as 2000 times! The CBD tea you’ll be having will pack a punch like no other!
